James Loud Genetics does not offer refunds on any orders for any reason at all after they have shipped. James Loud Genetics can process a refund for your order prior to shipping, however, refunds incur a $30 processing fee charged by our credit card provider. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Only in the event that a product has been damaged will James Loud Genetics consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion. James Loud Genetics does not offer returns for any reason at all.
James Loud Genetics takes a photograph of every order before they are shipped, therefore if you receive the incorrect product or the seeds are damaged, James Loud Genetics will offer a replacement at their discretion and will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. In the event that James Loud Genetics confirms that James Loud Genetics has made a mistake, then James Loud Genetics will re-ship a replacement free of charge.
Under no circumstances should you send packages back to us, packages will be refused and returned to sender.
